Notes about Not good

RUDE STAFF AND TERRIBLE FOOD. We will not be going back! I used to regularly get take out from this place as I loved their food. About two months ago they forgot to put the order of egg roll in the bag. OK, no big deal. Then recently, again the order of egg roll was forgotten so I called. One of the owner's sons answered and apologized but claimed an inability to do anything for us(like reimburse or comp something) because he was not the manager. A few minutes later the other son of the owner who I actually purchased the food from called back unsolicited(Caller ID?) and insisted that he personally put the egg rolls in the bag. He was VERY rude and unhelpful and basically hung up on me though I was being totally polite. Well long story short, the food was terrible anyway!! They must have changed cooks or something but our entire order was tasteless and just not good. Time to move on from Mr. An
