[..snip..]If you do choose to use this company, make certain you have an attorney review your contract, take photos along the whole process, and have a default paragraph added that this pool contractor will pay you incrementally per week in the event that there are mishaps or mistatements that cause you, the homeowner to become inconvenienced. And, from our experience, this pool company owner can be cantankerous and view the truth somewhat differently than what a reasonable person might assess and/or recall. This is just our opinion, so take it with a pound of salt, but make certain your have your contract reviewed and ask to talk to persons that had a problem and see how it was remedied. Getting an angel's halo reference like we did, isn't going to be the whole truth." |
