    We have owned a spa for 9 years and finally needed to replace the cover. We purchased a new spa cover from Sequoia Spas. Within one year the cover has cracked and warped. When it rains the water will not run off but collects in the middle and needs to be swept off with a push broom. We have treated the cover monthly with a sun protectant they recommended but the cover has become dry and cracked.

When we called to explain the problem we were told it was our problem and not theirs - there was nothing they could or would do. It is now a little over a year and a half since we purchased the new cover and we are going to have to replace this new cover."
