Relates to: D & D Athletic LetteringThey don't stand behind what they sayWe ordered numerous patches from D&D Athletic Lettering.When we got our order, some of the patches were correct, but the name patches were way to large to be used. We went back to D&D and agreed to pay half price for replacement patches. We were told we would get the original patches back since we had paid for them already. We also ordered another name patch. When we went to pick up the patches, they had made our original 4 patches and 2 of the new patches instead of one. They charged us for the extra patch even though we hadn't ordered it. They also "couldn't find" our original patches and said they "would look for them." When we returned to complain about the extra charge and to pick up the original patches, we were told they had probably thrown them out since they were incorrect. We paid for those "incorrect" patches; they were ours to do with what we wanted. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE CONTINUE TO USE D&D UNTIL THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR AGREEMENTS." |
