Notes about Outrageous restocking fee

This company charges a 35% restocking fee, and we were not told about this at the time of purchase.  We got a good price on the tile, but believe that the salesperson should have told us up front about the restocking fee.  After getting the tile home, we discovered that one box of tile was the wrong brand, and the salesperson still wants to charge us a restocking fee, instead of giving us full credit for the wrong tile."
