I've even heard her yell at a new client for driving through the gate, not knowing her policy because he was new. I have had two bad experiences myself. They held my check the first time for over 90 days, then tried to cash it after my account and been compromised. After five years of on time payments and paying in advance, they decided to never accept my checks or debit card from my new account. She said my money was no good. I am now looking for a new facility. [ed note - our new policy is to allow anonymous posters to make general complaints, but not to identify specific individuals.
