Everyone I've ever talked to on the phone has been extremely rude. They mail your bill on a post card with all your personal info, account number, name, address, etc visible for the world. You actually have to mail in a check. There is not automatic bill payment, phone payment, or online payment method. I supposed it's a good thing their customers don't have a choice when it comes to the water service or they'd be out of business. " --guest
