    Everyone I've ever talked to on the phone has been extremely rude.  They mail your bill on a post card with all your personal info, account number, name, address, etc visible for the world.  You actually have to mail in a check.  There is not automatic bill payment, phone payment, or online payment method.  I supposed it's a good thing their customers don't have a choice when it comes to the water service or they'd be out of business.  "

First of all, your name and address appear on ALL mail you receive.  What you should actually be concerned about is that your account number, balance and other such confidential information is visible.  Secondly, you DO have a choice on where you get your water.  Have you considered hauled water?  Go completely off the grid, cuz it sounds like you just like to complain about anything, so I'm sure any utility company would be glad to be rid of you. --guest
