Urban Athletics Boot Camp rocks! They are hands down the best fitness class I have enrolled in (in fact they are the only class I am in currently, canceled all my other memberships). I plan on sticking with them for quite a while since I have already lost 16 pounds with their program. It's a perfect class if you want to lose weight fast!
