I have been with Urban Athletics for 4 months now. So far I have dropped 3 dress sizes, increased my energy level and feel better than ever. Urban Athletics fitness boot camp classes are for anyone who wants to get in shape and feel great. Plus, I have met a lot of really nice people in the classes, something I can't say about going to the gym!
