Computer Guru

2012-01-12 I was havıng problems wıth my computer and took it to Computer Guru. They were very helpfull. I thought my computer was hopeless as ıt was having allot of problems and I got my computer from Turkey as I lived there for a long time.

I took my computer to another place first, but because my computer was in Turkish they had allot of problems trying to fix it. They tryed but could not fix it,and could not change the language of the computer, so that they could fix it.  

But when I took it to Computer Guru they were able to fix it even though my computer was a complicated case, because it is a Turkish computer. I  was also having problems because I have a Turkish keyboard and the the computer was usıng some english so I was confused because the keys were all in different places. But that was fixed when Mıchael at computer Guru was able to fix my computer so that I can use Turkish on my Turkish keyboard.

I was happy to know I could stıll use my Turkish keyboard as I have many friends ın Turkey who I write to and whıle many letters are the same ın english and Turkish some of the letters are completely dıfferent and so I need to have Turkish so my friends can understand me when I write in Turkish.

Michael was very helpfull when I asked questıons about my computer and thıs was good because I dont know too much about computers.

I also was able to take my computer back after a month after it was fixed, because I had problems wıth my skype program. Michael fixed thıs wıth no extra charge.

I would reccomend computer Guru if one ıs having computer problems. They were polite, helpfull, and very knowledgeble about computers.
