Notes about Clean Tucson's air - use Ethanol in your car!

A lot of drivers don't realize that most newer cars can take an Ethanol mix called E85 in place of gasoline.  Check under the fuel cap, if it says something like 'This vehicle can run on E85 or gasoline' then you are good to go.  According to the dealer who sold me my 00 Plymouth Voyager, its fine to alternate tanks of E85 and regular gas or even mix the two, and I've had no problem doing so.  When I have a chance, I swing over to Arizona Petroleum on Cherry just North of 22nd (1 block East of Kino) and fill up on E85.  It also saves me a few bucks some days - today I ran $45.06 for 18.474 gallons, or $2.43 a gallon.

There are several places to fill up on E85 in Tucson, Catalina Mart on Ruthrauff has it according to this link:
http://e85vehicles.com/Tucson-E85.htm

and more should be coming soon.  So if you can, this is an easy way to do your part to keep Tucson's air clean!"""

2007-06-10 Cheaper than gasoline!
E85 is now about 50 cents per gallon cheaper than gasoline.  Save money and clean the air at the same time! --gv1000
