This course is designed to familiarize you with the basic postures, breathing & relaxation techniques of yoga. With an emphasis on personalized instruction, Intro to Yoga will provide you with a solid foundation for your on-going practice and for entering a regular class. Learn to practice at your own pace in a supportive environment. This class is beneficial to beginning students and those already attending classes who want to further refine their yoga practice.

Cost: $25 (20 in advance)

Monday Night Meditation

Join us every Monday night to begin, expand or enhance your meditation practice.

Mondays from 7:30-8:30pm. By Donation.

1st Monday of the Month - Full Moon Meditation - Using mantra and the silence that follows we will move into stillness for greater insight.

2nd Monday of the Month - Mindfulness Meditation - Learn powerful techniques that will keep you anchored in the present moment.

3rd Monday of the Month - New Moon Meditation - By utilizing the energy of the expanding moon we will begin to clarify our hopes, dreams and direction.

4th Monday of the Month - Yoga Nidra - Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep. Spend the better part of an hour in a deep guided relaxation.

5th Monday of the Month- Teacher s Choice - In months where there is a 5th Monday we will have a guest meditation teacher guide you through a meditation of their choosing.

This course is for those who realize the value of learning how to relax and balance mind and body. It is for those who are looking to gain more energy and vitality for greater health, happiness and spiritual growth. This is not a teacher training course; it is a 2 month course focused on individual self improvement, personal growth and reconnection on a deep and meaningful level.

Cost: 12 weeks $200 ($180 in advance)
