The new Grand Canyon Celebration of Art, which will launch in September of 2009 at the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, will provide an opportunity for visitors to see the works of some of the best artists in the nation as they seek to capture the beauty of this timeless landscape on canvas. All proceeds from this event will be dedicated to the creation of a permanent art venue and will help to ensure that future generations of park visitors will be able to experience Grand Canyon art at its best.
