DisputeRegister.com, a Las Vegas startup, now has 43 telecommuters on staff, most of them in the United States and at least one in Tucson, according to principal Bob Berliner.  We talked to Berliner about his startup firm.

oDesk is not a high end tech employer by any means - the work offers are generally small and short term, and generally pay much less than a comparable full time position - but the trend may be valid.
