Like Bolton's decision on SB 1070, U.S. District Court Judge John W. Sedwick made the right and legal ruling when he granted Lambda Legal's request for a preliminary injuction blocking the state's elimination of domestic-partner benefits for gay and lesbian state employees.

The latest Rasmussen poll says that if J.D. Hayworth beats John McCain in the U.S. Senate Republican primary (which isn't likely), former Tucson City Council member Rodney Glassman has a chance in the general election.  


The latest numbers show Glassman ahead, 43 percentage points to Hayworth's 38 percent, in an extremely hypothetical match up.
