HIGH WATER BILLS TUCSON WATERTucson water department Is havIng many complaInts of hIgh water bIlls In the past and not takIng any responseablIty and after receIvIng a four tIme over the average amount bIll I contacted TWD and they saId It would be addressed to fInd the problem. So several days later I found a note on my door explaInIng there were no sIgns of leaks or loss of pressure. When contactIng the water departmet after there InspectIon they Informed me that I just used to much water. So I took the loss and paId the 222.00 bIll and then the very next month receIved a 707.52 water bIll and after contactIng TWD agaIn there reactIon was I HAVE A PROBLEM wIthIn my system whIch was checked and monItored closely after the prevIous monthly bIll and I DO NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY SYSTEM. After countless hours of research I fInd the meters TWD uses are 20 some years old and do have problems and need upgraded tested or replaced. The meters used by TWD are not even a productIon model anymore the company was sold In March of 1989. SO I WONDER WHO REALLY HAS A PROBLEM!!!!!!!!! So If you receIve a hIgh water bIll call and complaIn and request a appeals hearIng don't let the water department push off the blame on you as many large companys do thInkIng we have no braIns and no way of checkIng up on them and there ways of duIng busIness. |
