This is the 3rd k9 to died by a vehicle this year. this should not have happen, when a k9 is after suspect [he the dog ]doesnt know he is crossing a freeway,his drenalin is very high. Him partner should have put [his dog]on a long line to control his dog. we have loss great dogs " --guest
