I started shopping there because it was the only outlet I could find that carries Oasis laundry detergent, which is recommended for grey water systems.  (There may be other places but I haven't found them).  Also you can ask them to make bulk orders for you to save money, like for large bags of dog food etc.  The prices aren't bad and the fruit and veggies are excellent.  Bulk grains, teas, cereals etc are an inexpensive way to shop healthfully.  And, they have kid-size shopping carts for your assistants.
