Don't be misled by FAKE 'reform' mailers you get. Prop 200 is paid for by Payday lenders and lets them charge 380%+ interest forever. Yes, that is three hundred and eighty percent. If that isn't usury I don't know what is.

| Huge Problems with Diebold/GEMS Election Machines http://auditaz.blogspot.com Press release from John Brakey at AuditAz Just out, "Arizona Lawsuit a Crystal Ball Into 2008 Presidential Vote Count" see aritcle below. This is a case that has national consequences, 1st of its type and the Defendant 'Pima County' has nothing except "SECURITY THROUGH OBSCURITY" which is an obsolete defense. In addition, here is another 1st: The Pima County Democratic Party also has put a site together additionally explaining. http://www.pimadems.org/index.html Through the Diebold/GEMS audit logs we have found huge problems such as the illegally printing of 'election summary reports' from the early processing of vote by mail ballots, the possibility of vote flipping and/or hacking, we need the databases to confirm the election fraud. Yes, that is three hundred and eighty percent. If that isn't usury I don't know what is. Preying on people who are in hard times is not the kind of business we need to encourage or allow. Without payday lenders perhaps creditors will find more reasonable ways to negotiate with those who need a few more days to pay their obligations. And if a payday loans are such a good value, let them stay and charge the 36% interest that is allowed by law. Please vote NO on Prop 200 for an end to legalized usury in Arizona. | add comment |
