NO to Payday Lenders = NO on Prop 200

Don't be misled by FAKE 'reform' mailers you get.  Prop 200 is paid for by Payday lenders and lets them charge 380%+ interest forever.  Yes, that is three hundred and eighty percent.  If that isn't usury I don't know what is.

Preying on people who are in hard times is not the kind of business we need to encourage or allow.  Without payday lenders perhaps creditors will find more reasonable ways to negotiate with those who need a few more days to pay their obligations.  And if a payday loans are such a good value, let them stay and charge the 36% interest that is allowed by law.

Please vote NO on Prop 200 for an end to legalized usury in Arizona.
