Relates to: Transportation Express Shuttle & TaxiHorrible serviceMy wife and I waited for 2 hours for a taxi from this company. The dispacher said she would send one as soon as possible when we first called. 2 hours later, we still had no taxi come pick us up although the dispacher kept saying she would send one. I finally asked if she could or could not provide this service to pick us up since it's been 2 hours. She replied with "no, I'm sorry". Needless to say, we had to cancel our plans for the evening. This is completely unacceptable by any standards. Good luck to you if you have to try to use this poor service. |
