I am a traditionally trained adult psychiatrist with a creative, integrative approach to wellness.  I incorporate the thoughtful and loving use of herbal medicine, meditation, nutrition, art therapy, psychotherapy, flower essences, music, yoga, and more. I also offer whimsical creative healing arts classes and conscious community events at my healing center in downtown Tucson.
