This e-mail is intended to get to the person(s) responsible for over seeing the management at the Tamarack Apts.
I feel that at times the "tenant rights" of all tenants are being violated. There have been more then three (3) times that our water has been shut off with out ANY notice. I have never received a letter, statement, note, phone call, word of mouth or anything of the sort informing me that this will occur. I have been bathing my children or attempting to cook a meal and the water shuts off. When you are in the shower full of soap, what is someone to do!? When children are hungry and your recipe calls for water and you are in the middle of preparing a meal, what is a person to do!?
I have resided at these apartments for almost four (4) years and this has NEVER occurred until the current management took over. I have seen these apartments fall apart since they've come aboard. There are shootings, deaths, crack addicts, and drunks in and around the property. There is one (1) security guard (who is a nice man) who enjoys making friends and entering apartments more then doing his job appropriately. My husband's car gets hit by other tenant's doors and written on by children. My vehicle had the plates stolen and I have witnessed youngsters attempting to steal vehicles. I have phoned 911 on several occasions due to people being belligerent and drunk in the parking lot and due to fights occurring. It is unsafe at times for children to be outside because you never know what is going to happen at any time of the day.
