Relates to: Mountain Village Apartments[customer complaint]I have fought all summer to have my A/C unit repaired. The Staff has been less than helpful using quick fixes that last for less than a week. The property manager has alternately blamed me or refused to acknowledge that there is a problem.Living in a ninety degree apartment is not very fun, especially when it costs $120+ a month to keep the terrible A/C running. Also prepare for complaints and nasty letters if your blinds are so much as misaligned. [...snip...] Have had no less than two break-in attempts in six months. I repeat, do not sign a lease here." |
