Cummings Heating and Plumbing Buyer Beware!!Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Contacted Cummings Heating and Plumbing on 11/9 for repair service. received call back at 11:20 AM informing me that a repairman would arrive in :20 to :30. repairman arrived at approx. 11:45 AM. Repair broken valve and line and presented me a bill at 12:30 PM for $215 which included 1 1/2 hrs of labor!! I immediately contacted the office (at 12:37 PM) to complain. I received a call back from a manager on 11/13. Notwithstanding the fact that phone records support my claim that the work took :45 min., they would not question the repairman’s "time log" which logged 1 1/2 hrs for a :45 job! I am really concerned that this may be "Standard Practice" for them so................Buyer Beware!!!! " |
