Relates to: Sam Levitz Furniturestop whiningall the complainers about bad customer service. Do you believe that you are the only customer they have to please??? Things happen that cause changes. Yes deliveries are changed or canceled. The sales man may have not been kissing your ass. Or maybe you were on hold because they were short staffed. If you were the only customer on the books, nothing would go wrong and there would be no excuses. Why don't you offer to spend a day in their shoes and see what these hard working people have to deal with on a daily basis. I bet you'd learn that there are a lot more bitchy customers like you out there that make their work life miserable. " |
