    Attorney Jeffrey Marks conducted himself in an unprofessional and incompetent manner as it related to my case.  His approach actually made an already negative, stressful situation far worse.  In addition, there appeared to be excessive amounts of time billed for the "work" being done to which no explanation was received despite a number of requests for this to be reviewed. "
