Relates to: A Atlas Discount StorageBeware of TermitesAgain the Swan unit has poor customer service. Our unit has termites and we lost a bed, a dresser, and many boxes to termites. The manager of the unit said that they have a pest control service which sprays the units. I don't know how they can treat termites from the outside with spray when the only way to treat them is to drill the slab and treat the sub-grade. They refuse to inform all of the units around my unit because as the general manager stated "Just because one unit may have them doesn't mean all other units have them. The termites don't crawl." I asked for a rebate and was informed that it was my problem not theirs. I am glad that I did not store my business records there. " |
