Notes about Tucson Time Capsule : Honoring a fellow tagger (starnet-local)

When David Wright, owner of the Congress Gallery, and about a dozen graffiti artists teamed up, the cooperative project benefited both the artists and the owner. The artists wanted to create a memorial to a recently deceased fellow tagger. Wright gave them permission to display their work on the alley side of his building near East 10th Street and North Sixth Avenue.
